Accessibility at Concerts

Our goal is to make every concert experience enjoyable and accessible. If you plan to attend one of our performances and have questions or specific needs, please contact us 5 business days in advance.  

• Venue Accessibility: Our performance venues are selected with accessibility in mind and we strive to ensure that all areas are accessible or mostly accessible to individuals with disabilities.  If the venue is mostly accessible we will, with advance notice, arrange for dedicated ushers to assist you. 

• Parking: If parking is available at the venue, accessible parking will be clearly marked and available on a first come basis. 

• Seating Arrangements: Accessible seating is available at our events. If you require special seating arrangements or need assistance, please contact us in advance

• Large print programs: Can be found at the ticket table.

• Assistive Listening Devices: Available with advance request.

• Service Animals: Service animals are welcome at all our events as long as our venue partner's policies allow them. If you need any assistance related to your service animal, please reach out to us ahead of time.
